| Warranty Service At Charter Homes, providing you with exceptional customer service is a top priority for us. Your Limited Warranty period begins the day you close escrow on your home. If you need to request service, please fill out the Customer Care Request Form below completely, including your address, and contact phone numbers. Provide a description of the work requested and its location in your home. All requests for service must be submitted in writing by email. When we receive your request for service, our customer care professional will contact you to schedule an appointment to inspect the issues you have noted on your Customer Care Request Form. During the inspection, a determination will be made if the issues noted are covered by your Limited Warranty. If the Warranty Request issue falls within the specifications of the Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the item in a timely manner and at no charge to you. The work will be done by Charter Homes or one of our sub-contractors. Please review your Homeowner Warranty and Maintenance Manual for more information about the Limited Warranty.
