RAW LAND
Over half of our communities are developed by the company from start to finish.  We are particularly interested in large parcels or assembling a group of parcels so a development is at least five acres in size.  It’s never too early to start learning about and evaluating the eventual sale of your property.  We’re happy to share our knowledge and lend advice, even if its years before you intend to move or sell your property.

LAND WITH ENTITLEMENTS
In the last few years, Charter Homes has purchased several projects with preliminary or final engineering approval.  This can be an advantageous way to buy developments because it significantly reduces the time it takes to bring a development to market.  The quality of the engineering and planning which has been done on the project is of vital importance in this type of acquisition.
